On analysis of speed of transport of charge carriers at changing of pressure on a multilayer structure

Abstract

In this paper we analyzed changing of speed of transport of charge carriers in a multilayer structure with changing of external pressure on it. We formulate recommendation to control of the considered transport to obtain required value of the considered velocity by changing of value of missmatch-induced stress due to changing of external pressure on the considered structure.
